Registration is now open for the 2020 Introduction to the Home Health Care CAHPS (HHCAHPS) Survey self-paced Training. Please note that training materials will be available beginning on January 21, 2020.

Survey vendors interested in becoming approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors should review the November 1, 2019 announcement HHCAHPS Survey Applicant Vendor Requirements for a detailed list of requirements.

More information about the survey and the requirements for becoming an approved HHCAHPS Survey vendor are provided on the HHCAHPS Survey Website at https://homehealthcahps.org. Vendors may also contact the Coordination Team at hhcahps@rti.org or call toll-free 1‑866-354-0985.

Approved vendors are not required to complete the Introduction training but must attend the live HHCAHPS Survey Vendor Update training webinar on Friday, January 31, 2020, from Noon to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
