2019 HHCAHPS Survey Chartbook and Accompanying Data File Available

The HHCAHPS Team is excited to release the 2019 HHCAHPS Survey Chartbook, which presents U.S. maps with state- and CMS-region summaries of HHCAHPS Survey results. The data reflect recent (2017-2018) home health care experiences among Medicare beneficiaries.

The Chartbook is available as a pdf, with an accompanying Excel workbook containing the state- and CMS region-level data. Both are available on the HHCAHPS website at this link: https://homehealthcahps.org/General-Information/Chartbook
