HHCAHPS questionnaires and OMB disclosure notices have been posted to the website with the updated OMB expiration date, which is 7/31/2026. Each document has a posting date of August 2, 2023 noted below it and can be accessed at this link: https://homehealthcahps.org/Survey-and-Protocols/Survey-Materials

As a reminder, survey vendors should include the updated expiration date on the questionnaires and OMB disclosure notices no later than the August 2023 sample month for all approved translations.
