Registration is now open for the Home Health Care CAHPS (HHCAHPS) Survey Vendor Update Webinar training session.

• The HHCAHPS Survey Vendor Update training will take place on Friday, January 29, 2021 from Noon to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
• Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated HHCAHPS Survey Project Manager attend the entire session.
• Registration will close at 9:00 PM Eastern Time on January 28, 2021.

HHCAHPS Training Registration Form

• We strongly encourage each HHCAHPS Survey Project Manager to have all key HHCAHPS staff, including sampling and data managers, as well as subcontractors, attend the training.
• There are no restrictions on the number of people attending or the number of lines for each vendor.
