Updated Discrepancy Notification Report (DNR) Display on HHCAHPS website

The Discrepancy Notification Report (DNR) page on the HHCAHPS website has been modified to provide vendors with additional information regarding their submitted DNRs. This information was added at the suggestion of one of the HHCAHPS Survey vendors. The information displayed when vendors sign in and select Forms for Vendors -> Discrepancy Notification Report -> Submit Online, will now include a column showing the CCN(s) referenced in the DNR (pulled from the list on the last page of the form) and a column showing whether a spreadsheet was submitted separately (pulled from the radio button selected in Section III of the form).

We hope this additional information is useful to our HHCAHPS Survey vendors for managing, updating, or revising DNR submissions when needed.
