Data Submission Tools Have Reopened (For 2026 Q2 Data)

Survey vendors should be advised that the HHCAHPS Data Submission Tools are now available to use for submission of Quarter 2, 2026 data (and beyond). The deadline for submitting Quarter 2, 2026 data is October 15, 2026. Please refer to the Data Submission Deadlines on the HHCAHPS website for the full schedule of data submission deadlines.
