Data Submission Tools Are Temporarily Unavailable

Survey vendors should be advised that the HHCAHPS Data Submission Tools are now temporarily unavailable while the HHCAHPS system is being updated to accept data for the revised survey (beginning with Q2, 2026 data). HHCAHPS Data Submissions Tools will be unavailable until approximately July 27, 2026.
Starting on approximately July 27, 2026, the system will reopen and the test window for vendors to submit their test XML files will run through August 10. We will notify vendors once the system has reopened for submission of test XML files.
The table below displays the anticipated timeline of test file submission activities.
