Registration Now Open for the
Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Session

Registration is now open for the Home Health Care CAHPS (HHCAHPS) Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training session. This training will be focused on preparations for and implementation of the revised HHCAHS Survey instrument.

• The HHCAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from Noon to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

• Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated HHCAHPS Survey Administrator/Project Manager attend the entire session.

• Registration will close on August 26, 2025.

• We strongly encourage key HHCAHPS staff, including sampling and data managers, as well as subcontractors, to attend the training.
• To allow us to accurately track registration attendance lines, please have each of your staff complete their own registration.
