Registration Now Open for the 2025 Introduction to the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Training: Self-Paced Format

Registration is now open for the 2025 Introduction to the Home Health Care CAHPS (HHCAHPS) Survey self-paced Training. Please note that training materials will be available the week of January 20, 2025.

Survey vendors interested in becoming approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors should review the November 1, 2024 announcement HHCAHPS Survey Applicant Vendor Requirements –for a detailed list of requirements.

More information about the survey and the requirements for becoming an approved HHCAHPS Survey vendor are provided on the HHCAHPS Survey Website at https://homehealthcahps.org. Vendors can also contact the Coordination Team at hhcahps@rti.org or call toll-free 1‑866-354-0985.

Approved vendors are not required to complete the Introduction training but must attend the live HHCAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training webinar on Thursday, January 30, 2025, from Noon to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
