Traditional Chinese language version of the HHCAHPS Survey Questionnaire

The Coordination Team posted the HHCAHPS mail questionnaire and accompanying survey materials in Traditional Chinese on May 9, 2011. The Traditional Chinese language version of the HHCAHPS Survey Questionnaire and related survey materials do not replace the Simplified Chinese language version of the instrument and survey materials. The Traditional Chinese language versions of these documents are provided for use with patients who read Traditional Chinese rather than Simplified Chinese. Vendors should work with their client HHAs to determine whether their patients who need a Chinese language version of the instrument need the questionnaire in Simplified or Traditional Chinese, and use the applicable version.
