Reminder of Upcoming Home Health Care CAHPS Data Submission Deadlines

This announcement is to remind approved survey vendors of the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey (HHCAHPS) data submission deadline for data collected during Quarter 1 of calendar year 2011 (CY11,Q1). Data from patients sampled for the January, February, and March 2011 sample months must be submitted to the Data Center no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 21, 2011.

As always, we urge you to submit CY11,Q1 HHCAHPS data well before the data submission deadline to ensure that there is time to identify problems in data files and correct and resubmit those file before the deadline. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service (CMS) will not accept any data files for Quarter 1 after 11:59 Eastern Time on July 21, 2011.
