The purpose of this announcement is to remind survey vendors to please submit at least one file to the HHCAHPS Data Center to test the format of your diagnosis code data elements in advance of the April data submission deadline. Thank you to those vendors who have already submitted files. The upcoming April 21, 2016 data submission deadline is the first time that ICD-10 codes will be submitted to the HHCAHPS Data Center.
