HHCAHPS Data Submission Tool Will be Unavailable for Approximately 2 Weeks for ICD-10 Conversion

The HHCAHPS Data Submission Tool will be unavailable for approximately two weeks, beginning January 25, 2016, to allow the HHCAHPS Coordination Team time to transition the tool to accept ICD-10 codes. Please refrain from submitting data files until an announcement has been posted on this website indicating that the Data Submission Tool is available again.

As a reminder, once the Data Submission Tool reopens, please submit at least one data file containing ICD-10 codes prior to the April 21, 2016 deadline, to ensure that you are able to successfully submit with the new code format.
