April 2013 starts the CY 2015 Annual Payment Update requirements for HHCAHPS participation

HHCAHPS data collection for the CY 2015 Annual Payment Update (APU) requirements begins with the April 2013 sample month. HHAs that are not yet participating in HHCAHPS should plan to register for HHCAHPS as soon as possible on this website at the following link: https://homehealthcahps.org/ForHHAs/RegisterforLoginCredentials.aspx. HHAs should contract with an authorized HHCAHPS vendor listed on this website and then authorize that vendor.
