2012 Quarter 3 Data Submission Deadline Reminder

Please note that we are now only one week away from the deadline for submitting HHCAHPS Survey data for Quarter 3 of calendar year 2012 (CY12,Q3). We thank those HHCAHPS vendors who have already submitted CY12,Q3 data for their clients.

If you have not yet submitted HHCAHPS CY12,Q3 data for all or most of your HHA clients, we encourage you to submit your files as soon as possible. To ensure that files are accepted by the deadline at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, January 17, 2013, you must submit all of your Quarter 3 files on or before Wednesday, January 16, 2013.

Also keep in mind that CMS will not accept any files after the data submission deadline. When submitting data files, make sure you check the data submission reports to verify that your files were accepted and, if not, correct the files and re-submit them.
