Reminder to Submit DNR for Missed Sample Months

Vendors are reminded to submit a Discrepancy Notification Report (DNR) for any home health agency (HHA) for which the vendor was unable to submit data for any sample month from October 2010 through March 2011, if they have not done so already. Please examine your records of data submissions to make sure that you have submitted a DNR for any HHAs that were unable to provide a monthly patient information file to you for a given sample month. Please also submit a DNR for HHAs that did submit a monthly patient information file but your organization was unable to field the survey for a sample month for some other reason.
