PDF version of the Protocols and Guidelines Manual updated to accurately display Vietnamese text

The HHCAHPS Team has reposted the pdf version of the Protocols and Guidelines Manual, version 9.0, replacing the appendices listed below, which contain Vietnamese text. The reason for this revision is that the Vietnamese documents included in these appendices did not display properly, as they were converted to pdf without using the required Times VN1 font. 

• Appendix H (Mail survey cover letters, regular and scannable questionnaires, telephone interview script, proxy interview script),
• Appendix I (OMB disclosure language), and
• Appendix J (Supplemental questions).

It is important to note that all stand-alone Vietnamese pdf documents that are posted on the HHCAHPS website under the “Survey and Protocols” tab are correct and display properly.
