An updated version of the Website User and Data Submission Manual, Version 2.0 is now available on the HHCAHPS Web site, at the following link:

The updated version of the manual includes the following:

• Updated screenshots from the HHCAHPS website and updated discussion of tab and menu items;
• Information about archived publicly reported data and how to access it;
• Updated HHCAHPS quarterly data submission deadlines;
• Information about the APU Participation Summary Report; and
• A new chapter geared towards home health agencies (HHAs) and how they can register for user credentials, authorize an HHCAHPS Survey vendor, view data submission reports on the website, and troubleshoot if they encounter problems.
