New OMB Expiration Date for HHCAHPS Survey

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has renewed its approval for the HHCAHPS Survey. The new OMB expiration date is August 31, 2023. The questionnaires and OMB disclosure notices will be updated soon on the HHCAHPS website at this link: https://homehealthcahps.org/Survey-and-Protocols/Survey-Materials#catid2

Vendors should begin to incorporate these revisions as soon as possible and have them fully implemented no later than the January 2021 sample month for all approved translations.
