HHCAHPS Data Submission Tool Will be Unavailable for Approximately 3 days for XML Data Element Changes

The HHCAHPS Data Submission Tool will be unavailable for approximately three days (Monday through Wednesday), beginning April 29, 2019, to allow the HHCAHPS Coordination Team time to transition the tool to accept the XML data element for the number of supplemental questions and the renamed language data elements. Please refrain from submitting data files during this time.

The following data submission resources found under the Data Submission menu will be updated at the same time:

• Standard XML File Layout
• DSRS XML File Layout
• XML Sample File
• XML File Schema
