HHCAHPS Eastern Armenian Mail-only Survey Materials Posted to the Website

The Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Coordination Team has posted the HHCAHPS mail questionnaire and accompanying survey materials in the Eastern Armenian dialect. Survey vendors should work with their mail-only mode client HHAs to determine whether their patients would benefit from an Eastern Armenian language version

The Eastern Armenian survey materials are available at the link below. Please note that all materials are posted as .pdf documents using the Sylfaen font.
