The Home Health Prospective Payment System (HH PPS) Rate Update Final Rule for Calendar Year 2018 was published in the Federal Register on November 07, 2017. Note that this document describes HHCAHPS Survey participation requirements for Medicare-certified home health agencies to receive the annual payment update (APU) in CY2020 and CY2021.
