HHCAHPS Data Submission Tool Reopened

The HHCAHPS Data Submission Tool is now available again on the HHCAHPS website. The tool has been revised to accept ICD-10 codes as the Primary and Other Diagnosis data elements.

CMS and the Coordination Team request that vendors submit at least one data file containing ICD-10 codes in the next few weeks to ensure that you are able to successfully submit with the new code format. The next data submission deadline is April 21, 2016, for the CY15, Qtr. 4 data.
