Change to threshold for Submitting Large HHCAHPS Data Files to the HHCAHPS Data Center

Currently, a vendor cannot upload a monthly XML data file that contains 1,000 or more records directly to the HHCAHPS Data Center (instead, they are required to submit it so that HHCAHPS Data Center personnel uploads the files for the vendor.) We are changing this requirement so that vendors can now directly upload data files containing up to 1,500 records. This change will allow more timely receipt of the Data Submission Summary report for very large data files.
