Introduction to the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Webinar Training Sessions

The next Introduction to the Home Health Care CAHPS (HHCAHPS) Survey Webinar training sessions will take place on January 26 and 27, 2015.

Session I will be held once on January 26, 2015 and Session II will be held once on January 27, 2015. Both sessions will be held from 1:00PM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. 

Online registration to attend the Introduction to the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Webinar training sessions will be available in early December. Please monitor this Website for an announcement that registration is open.

• Survey vendors interested in becoming approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated HHCAHPS Project Manager attend both training sessions and must complete a training certification after training has ended.
• We strongly encourage all key HHCAHPS staff, including sampling and data managers and key subcontractors, to attend the Introduction training.
• Multiple people within an organization may attend the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey training sessions. However, only one Webinar access code will be assigned to each organization per session, so staff will need to gather in one location to attend the training.
• Already approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors are not required to attend this training; however, their staff is welcome to attend, especially those individuals who are new to the HHCAHPS Survey project.
