Announcing the Spanish translation of the HHCAHPS telephone interviewer FAQs

The HHCAHPS Survey Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document for telephone interviewers (included in the HHCAHPS Survey Protocols and Guidelines Manual, Version 6.0 as Appendix K) is now available in Spanish on the HHCAHPS website. This translated set of FAQs was previously included in an earlier version of the Protocols and Guidelines Manual and has not changed. This translation is being made available to promote consistency in the way these questions are handled by bilingual telephone interviewers.

HHCAHPS Survey vendors who administer the HHCAHPS Survey via telephone (phone-only or mixed mode) in Spanish are urged to make these FAQs available to their bilingual interviewers. The FAQs are available at this link:
