Registration Now Open for the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Sessions

Registration is now open for the Home Health Care CAHPS (HHCAHPS) Survey Vendor Update Webinar training session.
- The HHCAHPS Survey Vendor Update training will take place on January 29, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated HHCAHPS Survey Project Manager attend the entire session.
- Registration will close at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on January 28th.
- We strongly encourage each HHCAHPS Survey Project Manager to have all key HHCAHPS staff, including sampling and data managers, as well as subcontractors, attend the training.
- Multiple people within an organization may attend the training session. However, only one Webinar access code will be assigned to each organization, so staff will need to gather in one location to attend the training.
