2011 Quarter 4 Data Submission Deadline Date Reminder

Please note that we are now only 11 days away from the deadline for submitting HHCAHPS Survey data for Quarter 4 of calendar year 2011 (CY11,Q4). We thank those HHCAHPS vendors who have already submitted CY11,Q4 data for their clients.

If you have not yet submitted HHCAHPS CY11,Q4 data for all or most of your HHA clients, we encourage you to begin submitting your files as soon as possible. To ensure that files are accepted by the deadline at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, April 19, 2012, you must submit all of your Quarter 4 files on or before Wednesday, April 18, 2012. We highly recommend that you submit the XML files for all of your client HHAs by Tuesday, April 17, 2012 so that you will have time to correct errors on any files that are rejected and resubmit corrected files before the deadline on April 19, 2012.

Also keep in mind that CMS will not accept any files after the data submission deadline. When submitting data files, make sure you check the data submission reports to verify that your files were accepted and, if not, correct the files and re-submit them.
